2. Services Provided

Momentum Sales Training LLC provides sales coaching services designed to help clients improve their sales techniques, develop sales strategies, and build sustainable sales processes.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Stripe.

Payments for services are non-refundable once processed.

Subscription payments are billed automatically to the card on file monthly.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription by providing written notice at least 14 days before your next billing cycle.

To cancel, email karl@momentumsells.com with your cancellation request.

Cancellations requested less than 14 days before the next billing cycle will take effect in the subsequent billing period.

Complete all assigned tasks, submit call reviews for feedback, and implement the coaching provided.

Actively participate and put in the work, including providing feedback on coaching.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Momentum Sales Training LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our services. The client assumes all responsibility for decisions made based on the coaching provided.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and strategies provided are the intellectual property of Momentum Sales Training LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for purposes outside the coaching relationship without prior written consent.

8. Amendments

Momentum Sales Training LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes via email or website updates.

Refund Policy

1. No Refunds

Payments for services, including subscriptions, are final and non-refundable once processed. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our business and ensure commitment from both parties.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Clients may cancel their subscription with a 14-day written notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to failure to use the service, lack of time to implement coaching advice, or dissatisfaction with outcomes. Please carefully consider your decision before making a purchase.
