Week 2 Email Campaigns Begin
Kathrin (Director of Client Success) is managing campaigns, training, adjusting, and setting up all email templates and objection email templates.
In Week 2 we launch your campaign and send out the first 10,000 prospecting emails.
Kathrin is meeting with the SDR Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week to train & manage.
What’s included:
All technology setup and maintained by our team (CRM, sales pages, forms, etc.)
Campaign strategy & setup (as many revisions as needed over the first 6 weeks)
20,000 new email contacts per month (previous cost was .30 per email now .10)
10 hours a week of campaign management from Momentum’s SDR
Monthly Cost- $3,000
What needs to happen to make this work:
Sarah willing to get into sales mode and take whole days or chunks of days to take multiple sales calls and get in the zone (10-12 sales calls on the calendar per week)
Sales Process + Offer creation by Sarah with Karl’s support
Clear documented process so that Sales Rep (s) can take over sales calls from Sarah
