Campaign Strategy Meeting (Karl, Kate, Momentum SDR, Sarah)

    • Who should we be targeting now?

  • Email Copy Brainstorm

    • What should the message say to get them to take action?

  • Sales Funnel Strategy

    • What is the call to action, what is on the sales page, do we want any content created to warm them up?

  • Lead Qualification Criteria Established 

    • What counts as a qualified lead that should be booked on Sarah’s calendar?

    • What questions are we asking them before they get on a sales call?

Copy & Funnel Review Meeting

  • Email Copy Reviewed

  • Sales Page Reviewed

  • Campaign approved for launch

Week 2 Email Campaigns Begin

  • Kathrin (Director of Client Success) is managing campaigns, training, adjusting, and setting up all email templates and objection email templates. 

  • In Week 2 we launch your campaign and send out the first 10,000 prospecting emails.

  • Kathrin is meeting with the SDR Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week to train & manage. 


What’s included:

  • All technology setup and maintained by our team (CRM, sales pages, forms, etc.)

  • Campaign strategy & setup (as many revisions as needed over the first 6 weeks)

  • 20,000 new email contacts per month (previous cost was .30 per email now .10)

  • 10 hours a week of campaign management from Momentum’s SDR

Monthly Cost- $3,000


What needs to happen to make this work:

Sarah willing to get into sales mode and take whole days or chunks of days to take multiple sales calls and get in the zone (10-12 sales calls on the calendar per week)

Sales Process + Offer creation by Sarah with Karl’s support

Clear documented process so that Sales Rep (s) can take over sales calls from Sarah

Potential/Additional Costs

  • Mailgun $80 per month

  • Close $95 per month

  • Additional leads past the 20,000 included per month .15¢ per lead

  • Additional SDR hours billed past 40 hours per month $38/hr

  • Karl sales coaching + offer creation
