Week 1 Onboarding

Campaign Strategy Meeting (Karl, Kate, List Builder + your team)

Copy & Funnel Review Meeting

    • Purchasing and setting up your CRM with necessary tech components that allow us to optimize your prospecting strategy, including calendar and email delivery service.

Week 2 Email Campaigns Begin

  • Kathrin (Director of Client Success) is managing campaigns, training, adjusting, and setting up all email templates and objection email templates. 

  • In Week 2 we launch your campaign and send out the first 5,000-10,000 prospecting emails.

  • Kathrin is meeting with the SDR Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week to train & manage.

  • Training videos & SOPs provided for future SDRs

  • Developed Prospecting System 

  • Pipeline Definitions & Automation

After the Sales Foundation Program

Investment Options

Option 1: Signature Program no SDR

Investment: $10,900 (includes first 10,000 emails) 

Option 2: Signature Program + SDR (email only) 

Investment: $10,900 + one of the SDR plans below

SDR Monthly Payments  (can be split into two payments/month on set dates)

Part Time - 15 to 30 hours/month $1,125

Moderate Time -  30 to 45 hours/month $1,575

Full Time - 45 to 60 hours/month $2,575


Additional Costs

  • Calendar software $10 per month

  • Additional leads past the 10,000 included 20-40¢ per lead

Phase 2 Areas of Opportunity

  • Coaching the team on how position and overcome objections before they receive them

Ongoing SDR Services

  • Nicole’s average time spent for SDR Services is 6-10 hours per week

  • List building is about 100-300/leads per hour but they are very high quality

  • Hourly Structure for list building VS .20-.40 per lead

6 hours a week SDR + 4 hours a week list building at $75/hour $3,000/month

8 hours a week SDR + 8 hours a week list building at $75/hour $4800/month
